Gothbench I Redux (or gothbench1r for short) is a radically revamped reimagining of the original Gothbench for the OCS and ECS Amiga platforms (read: Amiga 3000 and earlier).

It consists of 72 background patterns downconverted from the newer Gothbench installments, and the original 8-color palette. The background on this page is an example. (Horror.iff)

Suggested for best results:

• An OCS or ECS Amiga, real or virtual. I suggest Gothbench II or later for AGA or RTG machines.
• 1 MB+ Chip RAM or some Fast RAM and the FBlit utility.
• An 8-color Workbench screen with the provided palette. It works well with MagicWB icons.
